I used to host a monthly scrapbooking event at church and it was there that I had the chance to get to know the momma of this 2019 graduating senior. Sarah (like my children at the time) was itty bitty. And even though I have seen photos of her growing up on FB, it was still difficult to make the connection that this young woman was the same little girl stuck in my head.
It amazes me. Sarah is the kind of person you immediately feel comfortable with – when I learned she was on her school’s speech team, it totally made sense. She radiated confidence and strength.
Swimming is also a big part of Sarah’s life. In addition to swimming competitively, Sarah is a lifeguard. We talked about capturing a few pool images later this summer so perhaps you will see her in a future post as well.
We spent a couple of hours together at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Here are a handful of my favorites from the day:
It was a pleasure working with you, Sarah! I hope you have a wonderful senior year!!!
