Spring is here and baking with ALL-OF-THE-LEMON! I will be whipping of a few of my favorites for a bakery popup on Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1 (see instructions for preordering and pickup at the end of this post).
1) Lemon Strawberry Scones ($10/package which includes three full-size scones). Loaded with fresh strawberries and topped with a delicious lemon glaze, these scones would make the perfect accompaniment to any brunch or are simply delicious on their own.
2) Lemon Oatmeal Bars ($5/package which includes two 2×4 inch bars). This family favorite features a creamy lemon filling sandwiched between oatmeal cookie layers. A limited number of sample packs (i.e. Bar Bits) will also be available for $1/each while supplies last!
3) Lemon Hand Pies ($10/package which includes four hand pies). Delightfully tart lemon filling perfectly balanced with a sweet glaze.
