Strong Girl 2021 was announced about a month before the pandemic hit. I never would have guessed that one year later, I would be hosting it virtually!
While it came together beautifully, I have very few pictures to show for the weekend. Seventeen ladies received a carefully curated basket overflowing with food, treats & gifts for the weekend. They earned wooden tokens to use as currency in the Strong Girl store and received supplies to make a variety of beverages (including bubble tea) at home.
We used a private Facebook group to share pictures throughout the day and connected with each other by Zoom each morning and night. It was a fun weekend we will likely never forget.
After a topsy-turvy year like 2020, it’s no wonder wisdom whispered to me for our next theme. The dictionary refers to wisdom as “the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting.” The Bible says in Proverbs 4:6-7, “Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom. Though it costs all you have, get understanding.”
Wise Girl 2022 will include a special group project, field trip to Dancing Dragonfly Winery, mini photo sessions, store items in line with our theme & MANY opportunities to earn tokens for shopping. All meals are included with the exception of one item you will be asked to bring (a signup form will be posted in advance of the retreat).

*A $50 non-refundable deposit due 8/1/2021 will hold your spot with the remaining balance due on 12/15/2021. A non-refundable deposit allows me to organize this special weekend from year-to-year without creating a financial burden for my family (in addition to fronting a deposit, I am required to pay the full balance in advance). In the event of a cancellation, you would receive a refund minus the deposit as long as I am able to fill the spot.
