everyday photographer workshop

The focus of the Everyday Photographer Workshop is to equip and empower women to document their lives through the art of photography. It is for women looking to document life as it unfolds with beautiful images that evoke emotion.

If you purchased a big fancy camera only to feel a sense of disappointment by the images produced, this workshop is for you! I will be sharing all sorts of tips and information to help you capture clear, crisp images of the people, places, and things most dear to you. We will explore aperture and ISO, getting out of auto mode, working with natural and artificial light, composition, equipment care, and more.

The workshop is suitable for beginner and amateur photographers with DSLR cameras. (Point-and-shoot camera owners would gain a great deal of information from the class as well, especially if you are considering a camera upgrade.) I will also walk through Adobe Lightroom and sharing a few of my post-processing steps as a simple introduction to the software. The 2022 Everyday Photographer Workshop schedule is as follows:

Saturday, March 12 (9am-3pm)
Saturday, April 9  (9am-3pm)

The cost is $225 plus tax and includes lunch, handouts, and an exciting day of teaching in my home. There are only a handful of spots available at each workshop so reserve yours now by clicking on the “Contact” button below. If you have any questions, let me know!
